What is Co-op Kids?
Co-op Kids is a program for children to get involved with the Co-op. To become a member of Co-op Kids, all you have to do is ask to join at the Owner Services Desk. It’s completely free! They will give you a membership card, and every time you come into the store, you can present your membership card to get a free piece of fruit! We also have events throughout the year, including ice cream socials and tours in the store.
Co-op Kid’s Activities
Each month, Ronnie Raccoon, the Co-op Kids mascot, has an activity for the you to do. You can find out what the activity is in the newsletter or pick an activity sheet up at the store from any of our friendly cashiers. When you fill the activity sheet out, drop it into the Co-op Kids box at the Community Board and you could win some awesome prizes! We’ve given away bikes, iPods, picnic tables and more!
