Alysen began her career with Ozark Natural Foods in 1993, and has served the Co-op as General Manager since 2001. Under her leadership, Ozark Natural Foods won the Cooperative Excellence Award for its solid financial operations, innovative ownership campaigns, and community involvement activities.
Mike Anzalone

Mike joined the staff at Ozark Natural Foods in 2006 as our Retail Manager and is now the Store Manager. Mike worked for Trader Joe’s in California, and brings to our Co-op a new level of expertise in merchandising, product mix, and store operations.
Gary Cook
Finance Manager

Gary started as the Co-op’s bookkeeper in 2003, and became the Co-op’s Finance Manager in 2006. Gary has been instrumental in our Co-op’s efforts to purchase the building that we currently occupy. Gary also administers our retirement benefits.
Jerry Huddleston

Jerry began working for the Co-op in 2000, and has served as the Co-op’s Human Resource Manager since 2001. Because our staff members are so vitally important to the success of our cooperative, Jerry makes sure they are well-trained and that their needs are met.
Alexa McGriff
Marketing Director

Alexa was hired as Marketing Director for the Co-op in May 2010. Before the Co-op, she went to school at John Brown University where she received a Bachelor of Science in Graphic Design and Photography. Alexa deals with all marketing, including advertising and all store signage. She also oversees all sponsorship requests.
Ronnie Jones
Grocery Manager

Ronnie has managed our Grocery, Bulk Foods, Refrigerated / Frozen departments since 2006. Ronnie makes sure that our shelves are always fully stocked with the highest quality all-natural and organic foods. Ronnie is constantly looking for new products to carry, so if you have a suggestion, be sure to tell Ronnie.
Pauline Thiessen
Produce Manager

Pauline has worked at the Co-op for over 10 years and has an extensive knowledge of our 100% organic produce and the suppliers who provide it. She is very active in supporting local food producers and is a member of the Farmers Committee here at the Co-op. She acts as the liaison between local farmers and Ozark Natural Foods.
Rachel McDonald
Deli Manager

Rachel has been working at Ozark Natural Foods for over 5 years and has been a Deli Data Coordinator, Front Line Supervisor and more. She was promoted to the role of Deli Manager in 2010 and has helped to improve the daily activities in the Deli. She’s very energetic and is a great addition to the management team.
Amber Secrest

Amber started working at Ozark Natural Foods in 2004. She has held positions including Front End Manager, Owner Services Director, and now her current position of Wellness Manager. She is excited to take on her new role and work with the other members of the Wellness Department.

Lisa started working at Ozark Natural Foods in early 2008 as a Front End Supervisor. She was promoted to Front End Manager in May of 2010 and since her promotion, the Front End has been setting an example of excellent customer service. She is excited to continue to come up with new and exciting things for the Front End!
