Greetings from Á la Carte!
We are in the middle of construction for our new space and I wanted to drop everyone a line to let you know what we are working on behind the scenes.
The Á la Carte team is putting together our procedures manual. This is a very detail oriented process that is a valuable part of what we need before we open for business. This work is not only to ensure that the training process goes smoothly (for example, the three new, friendly Á la Carte employees in the picture below), but also to ensure that the flow of customer service is seamless and inviting.
We are also building our new menu set that will define our status as a premier spot for local, seasonal availability. What does this mean for you? An awesome menu built around what we can get in our area. We are revamping some of our existing recipes to bring you a better balance to your active and healthy lifestyle.
We are so excited for our new menu which includes (but by no means limited to): fresh baked bread, hand-tossed pizza made with organic whole-wheat flour, interesting cheeses, panini sandwiches and salads featuring local produce and meats, fresh baked goods that look almost too good to eat, and hand-tamped espresso blended with your favorite milk and flavor (or just straight up!).
We are just a few weeks away from opening. I hope you are just as excited as I am! I will see you soon!
