With the holiday season quickly approaching, you may be looking for a few healthier food items to mix in with the maybe not so healthy ones. A really great choice is tabouleh (pronounced tuh-boo-lee), which is made of fiber and protein rich bulgur wheat, plus a ton of fresh vegetables. It’s light and refreshing, but at the same time flavorful and satisfying. Also, you can order larger amounts for holiday get-togethers.
